Vinyl & Co is directed by Jac and Johan, it is a Soixan7e Quin5e production and Artoyz is released on DVD by Huginn & Munnin.

For 10 years, a social phenomenon has developed on several continents. From Star Wars figurines, to custom toys by contemporary artists, a new medium was born. Influenced by Pop Art, Street Art, Graffiti, Skateboarding or Manga, these toys of a new kind are now everywhere: In contemporary art museums and major cultural brands, in auction rooms and trendy shops, in advertising and magazines, and especially among thousands of collectors.

Vinyl & Co is the first documentary film to describe this fascinating universe. From Hong Kong to Tokyo, from New York to Los Angeles, via London and Paris, Vinyl & Co tells the story of its creation, its development and its incredible success.

Built like a global road movie, this documentary questions all the actors of this cultural revolution: Gary Baseman, James Jarvis, Fafi, James Lavelle, Tim Biskup, Michael Lau, Frank Kozik, Raymond Choy etc.
