Here is a book that will delight the addicts of underground iron snakes. Metroine gathers on 112 pages the different models of European metros. All photos are taken between 2006- 2008. The result is a a visual stocklist of all the different metro cars operating in Europe. The whole European metro rolling stock is in slow but sure renewal- pld stocks getting modernized, exported or scrapped, and new trains being supplied every year… Metroine is a tribute to the 60s and 70s classic metro cars which are more aesthetic than all of the newest aerodynamic trains we’ll have to use for the decades to come.
